Hey Sis! I am Alex MeChelle

First, I want to say that I am so happy that you are here. I have been praying for you! Yes, you. It is by no mistake that you are on my website right now, and I welcome you with open arms and to a reengineered state of wellness!

About Me

Hi, my name is Alex MeChelle. I am a board certified Podiatrist, Certified Personal Trainer with an emphasis on women's fitness, I'm a fitness enthusiast, a dog mom, Certified Christian Life Coach, and I am a woman of faith.

The vision for Wellness Reengineered was inspired by and born out of my own experiences as it pertains to the mind, body, and soul. I too have felt exhausted, burnt out, tired, and had a lost sense of self. I was in search for something but just didn’t know what that something was. I had done the self maintenance of massages, hair, nails, makeup, and traveled, but the same feeling was there when I returned. I knew I needed something more.

I began to pray about my situation and God gave me the idea for wellness being reengineered. I have always been a person on the go, doing one thing and then another, until finally I was forced to stop and sit down. Throughout this time, all the pieces came together. I realized that we are beings made up of more than just one part. We cannot thrive in one area of our lives and lack in another and expect to be the best version of ourselves. We need to have our cups full or close to it in every aspect of our lives. When we start to feel lack, we need to be able to recognize it and do something about it.

As a physician, I understand that being physically fit helps to reduce the risk of certain disease processes and can add longevity to our lives. Being physically fit is not just exclusive to working out. What we eat, how we allow our bodies to rest and recover, how we heal, and how we treat our bodies overall contributes to our physical fitness.

As a personal trainer, my job is to help women achieve certain weight goals, certain healthy habits, but mostly importantly adopt lifestyle changes that are sustainable. In order to make any changes, it all starts with the mindset because everything begins with a thought.

As a life coach, my job is to help women realize their potential and debunk self limiting beliefs about themselves, their abilities, and their situations. Based on biblical principles, together we will uncover all that God has for them.

And lastly but not least, being a woman of faith reminds me who and what grounds me. I know that if my relationship with God is lacking, all the other components of my life combined could not make up the deficit.

Once again, thank you for stopping by and I look forward to seeing you at the next event!
